Who am I?
I’m Natalie, a qualified Personal Trainer, Clinical Pilates Instructor and Nutrition Coach, and the founder of Recomp Revolution.
My journey into health and fitness didn’t start in a gym, it started in the ambulance service. Working as an Emergency Medical Technician for years, I saw firsthand what happens when we don’t look after our physical and mental wellbeing.
That experience stayed with me and ultimately led me to pursue a more preventative approach to health.
I went on to open my own Reformer Pilates studio, where I saw the opposite side of the equation. I watched people become stronger, fitter and healthier, gaining confidence in their bodies and improving the way they moved, felt and lived day to day.
Seeing both sides of the spectrum, has shaped the way I approach coaching today.
I believe that strength, movement and nutrition are powerful tools for preventing many of the issues we later try to treat. My goal is to help women build bodies that are not only leaner and stronger, but more capable, resilient and confident.
I went on to qualify as a Personal Trainer, Clinical Pilates Instructor through APPI and complete certifications in nutrition, allowing me to combine evidence-based training with practical, sustainable nutrition strategies.
Through my coaching I focus on science-backed body recomposition, helping women lose fat, build lean muscle and create habits that actually last. There are no extremes, quick fixes or restrictive diets. Just intelligent training, supportive nutrition and simple systems that fit into real life.
My passion for this work is also personal. Like many women, I’ve experienced the frustration of conflicting fitness advice, unrealistic expectations and the pressure to constantly chase quick results. It’s why I care deeply about helping women understand how their bodies actually work, so they can make informed choices and feel confident in the process.
Today, through Recomp Revolution, I help women step away from the “all or nothing” cycle and instead build strong, confident bodies through sustainable habits that support long-term health and independence.
