1:1 Personalised Coaching

$99/weekly

1:1 evidence-based coaching for the woman who is ready to go all in. Training, nutrition, mindset, bloodwork, sleep, stress and recovery. Everything built around you, your biology and your life.

Broken down into simple, actionable steps. The closest thing to having a personal health assistant by your side.

*$199 once-off onboarding fee. 4 week minimum, then rolling weekly on your terms.

    • Pre-Coaching 60-Minute 1:1 Deep Dive Consult: a thorough exploration of your goals, lifestyle, health history and starting point before we begin.

    • Blood Work Testing and Analysis: inflammation, blood sugar, kidney and liver markers, hormones and nutrient status, completed by our integrative nurse and health practitioner before you begin. (NZ residents only)

    • Personalised Supplement Recommendations: prescribed or recommended based on your individual blood work results.

    • Quarterly Blood Analysis: a full blood work analysis every three months so you can see exactly how far you have come, inside and out.

    • Strength Training Programme: gym or home based, built specifically for your body, goals and schedule and delivered through your app.

    • Calorie and Macro Targets: established from day one and reviewed regularly as your body adapts and progresses.

    • In-App Recipe Base and Meal Plans: a wide range of recipes and meal inspiration available directly in your app.

    • Advanced Nutrition Protocols: tailored to your training schedule, recovery, hunger levels and anti-inflammatory goals.

    • Fortnightly 30min 1:1 Video Coaching Sessions: dedicated time with Natalie every fortnight for training review, nutrition strategy and mindset support.

    • Weekly Check-Ins: submitted each week via the Everfit app covering training, nutrition, energy, sleep and how you are feeling overall.

    • Voice Note and Text Response: Natalie reviews every check-in personally and responds with honest feedback, acknowledgement of your wins and any adjustments needed.

    • Messaging Support: direct access to Natalie Monday to Friday with responses within 24 hours.

    • Lifestyle, Sleep and Stress Coaching: because true recomposition goes far beyond the gym. We look at the full picture of your health and how you live.

    • Mindset and Habit Formation Support: the inner work that makes the outer results stick, for good.
